In addition to the cardioprotective properties of Hawthorn Berry and Coleus Forskohlii, Formula CV includes many other key ingredients including:
> Taurine is the dominant amino acid found in heart muscle and carnitine is important for cellular energy production and fatty acid metabolism.
> Potassium and magnesium play important roles in the contraction and relaxation of the heart muscle.
> Vitamin E provides vital antioxidant protection and, with selenium, helps protect the integrity of blood vessels.
** Formula CV is also recommended for breeds prone to heart disease including Dobermans, Boxers, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Maine Coon Cats, or any pet with a heart murmur.
