Missing or Delayed Shipment
Sometimes things happen beyond anyone’s control. If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us so that we can determine how best to get you the products needed as quickly as possible.
Inspecting Your Order on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can get it corrected as quickly as possible.
Refunds within 60 days – Worry-Free Guarantee
We allow hassle-free refunds within 60 days from when you receive the product. This gives you time to properly evaluate the results. Some products can take time to work and for you to see the difference in your pet. We recommend trying it for at least 30 days before deciding whether to return the product.
This also gives you time to contact us if you have questions or need some help. Whether that’s getting your pet to accept the product, or figuring out proper dosing, or simply to discuss how it works and what to expect.
None the less, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within those 60 days, don’t worry you can return it for a full refund, even if the product is partially used.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email us at info@wellnessvet.ca and provide your order number, item, and reason for return. We’ll then send you instructions for how to get the item back to us. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Getting Your Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and have processed the refund back to your original payment method. We will get it processed quickly on our side, but please keep in mind that it may take a few weeks for your credit card company to process and post the refund at their end.
